Re: meaning requested for a caraNa
Lji - here is my attempt:
nIrajAkSi ninnu kOriyunnadirA niratamu dalaci dalaci cAla
marulu kona mA lalanA maNi ninnu karuNinci kalayuTakidi manci samayamu
The sakhi or messenger is addressing the nAyaka and tells him: "(that) lotus-eyed woman (nIrajAkshi) is in a state (unnadi) [1] of desire (kOri) for you (ninnu). This (idi) is a great/perfect (manci) time/occasion (samayamu) for this/our (mA) jewel (maNi) among women (lalanA) who has been constantly (niratamu = daily) thinking (daLaci daLaci) (of you) and is in the throes of extreme/excessive (cAla) passion (marulu kona) (for you), to unite (kalayuTaku) with you (ninnu), out of compassion (karuNinci)."

rs & 5a5b,
Correction : marulu konna instead of kona.
The sakhi is the ambassador for the nayika who requests the nayaka to " please show compassion to my mistress who is distraught after yearning for you and thinking about you relentlessly. It is the right time for your passionate ( physical & emotional ) union. "

Re: meaning requested for a caraNa
The second line is not clear, the word karuNiMci is awkward; as written, it sounds like the lalanAmaNi is supposed to take pity on the nayaka.
Could it be
marulukonna mA lalanAmaNini karuNiMci kalayuTakidi maMci samayamu

Sreenadh,
Your version may be right if it was a just an independent phrase or line. The line as given is also right in poetic way of older times - the second ninnu is a type of filler for emphasis & taala. The 'anvaya' ( right phrasing by rearrangement of the words to get wholesome meaning in prose order ) of the charaNa is :
niratamu ninnu dalaci dalaci chaalaa marulukonna maa niirajaakshi lalanaamaNi ninnu kOriyunnadiraa ! karuNinci kalayuTak(u)idi manci samayamu (raa) !!
