It was an enjoyable concert by Jayanthi.
The shankarabharanam was the best of the concert.
Entertaining thani by arjun kumar and guruprasanna.
There was also a sawal jawab kind between jayanthi and the percussionists for the poorvi kalyani swarms.

Nice list. Missed the concert. Thanks Raman. Did a student of her perform with her - or sing? In couple of her concerts a student of hers sang couple of pieces. Nice to know that there are vainikas on the horizon! No tanam in S'baranam ?
Lalgudi siblings too played the Bahudari varnam at Fort

Student of her played veena with her. Last time I saw a girl sang some krithis when she was playing.
I was expecting a thanam, but she didn't play.
