I think in the first line it is dahiya= curd,
And last line it is Braj Balkrishn Chabi. At least that's what I have heard.

Rsachi, i remember myself dancing up and down to its tune when i was small!!!!
dahiya is correct as you say. dahiya = curd.
But, the last line is posted ok by VKR anna, it means bhaja bal krishna chhabi = meditate upon the form of baby krishna!
