Subject: Neat rendition and perfect execution mark the concert of Mambalam Sisters.
Mambalam sisters are well known for their neat rendition and perfect execution.Yesterday's concert was extremely satisfying to the rasikas. Their effort and dedication of mambalam Sisters clearly makes them great performers. Their understanding and syncornization is excellent. The two ragas Madhyamavati and Sankarabharanam were dealt with in detail and ware handled very well. The lighter portions were sung extremely well and were enjoyable.Mambalam sisters were accompanied beautifully by Dr. Hemalatha on the violin.Special mention is needed for the tonal quality that she brought in, given the high pitch. The percussion support by Sri Sudhindra on the mridangam and Sri Ranganath Chakravarty on the ghatam added great value to the concert.
