Navratri concert series , organized by Sri Gnianananda Giri Peetam, Thennangur. The concert was on wednesday - 17th Oct , and Dr. Vijayalakshmy Subramaniam was accompanied by Smt. Usha Rajagopalan on the violin , and Melakaveri Sri Balaji on the Mridangam. A concert in a divine setting , right inside the temple, and facing the Navratri Golu

It was a beautiful Lalitha , with Neraval and Swarams at the Anupallavi line - Ninnuvinakkevaru. . . . The main piece for the evening was the Kamalamba Navavarnam for the third day of Navratri - in Kalyani.

The kriti for the third day of Navaratri is the Sankarabharanam one, srI kamalAmbikayA, not the second kriti kamalAmbAm bhajarE.

Yes thats right Kittappa. I considered the Dhyana kriti in Todi also . Kalyani is the 2nd kriti

*Valaji kriti of GNB is a rare one. I have not listened.Regarding' Sarasiruhanayaney' (attributed) of T , SKA Sri.S.Rajam used to say "Kriti is good I am teaching be it Thiagaraja'composition or otherwise.'
