VK Sir, here is my attempt. Please let me know if you want more detailed meaning. I did phrase-by-phrase since most of the words are commonly known

bhaje - I worship
shri candrashekhara yatindram - The king of Yatis(Sanyasis), Shri Chandrashekara,
shrta janananda kandam - the root of happiness to people who have sought refuge,
dayasandram (shri) - dense with compassion

shri candramauli caranarpita hrtabjam - One whose heart-lotus is offered to the feet of Lord Shiva (Chandramouli)
shrimat kamakoti pithadisham - who is the pontiff of the Kamakoti Pitha

advaitamrtabdhi sudhamayakaram - Who is the nectar-rayed moon born from the milk-ocean that is Advaita
amnaya sahasra-*patra* madhukaram - the honeybee to the thousand-petalled lotus that is the Vedas
vidvanmani nikara vinuta guruvaram - the best of Gurus praised by the groups of eminent scholars
vishva bodha * prabodhana * dinakaram - the sun that rouses the world into wisdom/knowledge
shri daksinamurti pratyaksa rupam = verily the visible form of Dakshinamurti
natavarada kalpataru pratapam - the one with the power of the Kalpavriksha in giving boons to those who prostrate

Rajani - thank you! Very lucid indeed. A doubt:
Rajani wrote:advaitamrtabdhi sudhamayakaram - Who is the nectar-rayed moon born from the milk-ocean that is Advaita
Can this not be one who makes the immortal ocean of advaita to become nectar-like? Or is sudhA in this context (with amRtAbdhi) only the moon/moonlight?

VK Sir, Ravi - Thanks.

Ravi - it is a common metaphor found in many places of referring to someone/something of essence or superior as the ocean-moon. I went by that. Also Sudhakara/Sudhamayakara are well-known synonyms of the moon.

One could interpret the words individually too, like you, I think.

rshankar & rajani,

The phrase can also be interpreted as

1. " the moon arising out of the nectar ocean of advaita philosophy " akin to the moon originating from the ksheerasaagara when it was churned, along with Lakshmi, Airavatam, etc..
2. " the moon shining on the ocean of nectar like advaita philosophy "

Contextually, yatindram does not mean king of yatis, though it may literally. It actually means the important one or one among foremost of the yatis.

The lyrics need to be rewritten as below for proper pronunciation and understanding.

pallavi: shrii chandrashEkharayatiindram bhajE shrtajanaanandakandam dayaasandram (shrii)
anupallavi: shrii chandramaulicharanaarpitahrtabjam shriimatkaamakOTipiiThadhisham (shrii)
caranam: advaitaamrtaabdhisudhaamayakaram aamnaayasahasrapatramadhukaram
vidvanmaninikaravinutaguruvaram vishvabOdhaprabhaadaanadinakaram
shrii dakshiNaamuurtipratyaksharuupam natavaradakalpataruprataapam ( shrii )

vishvabodhaprabhaadaana is correct. It means the sun who emanates tejas or halo and teaches the world.
