Maharajapuram Viswantha Iyer Trust will be presenting the ‘MAHARAJAPURAM VISWANTHA IYER MEMORIAL AWARD’ to Vidwan Prof.S.R.Janakiraman at 6.30 P.M. on 23rd March, 2013 at Dakshinamurthy Hall, P.S.High School, Mylapore, Chennai 4.This Award comprises Rs.20000/- as Cash Award and a Gold Medal.
Also Senior Musicians K.R.Saranathan, Revathi Srinivasan, Nagai Bhashyam are to be honoured with ‘Senior Musicians’Award’
The Youth Awards for excellence go to Nisha Rajagopal, Athira Krishna and Erode Nagarajan.
