can someone give me the lyrics of the sanskrit verse, "lOkAnAhUya sarvAn" popularised by Semmangudi and rcently sung by Sanjay in one of the commercial recordings. Is that a verse of Appaya Dhikshitar?

Some corrections- 1st line ninataiH- ninadaiH
Line 3- udhR.tainam- udhR.taiNam
nayaNA- nayanA
hR.tya- hR.dya(?)

This ShlOkA appears in one of the prefatory matter included in the book entitled, "suvarNa sugandha pushpa mAlA" containing ShrI VV Svarna Venkatesha Dikshitar's compositions. I would like to venture this is his composition but differ with input from other rasikas.
