Paalam's concerts are a great idea. Hope many Chennai rasikAs are taking advantage of your offerings (thanks to the sponsors).

Webcasting them is even a better idea!

As one would expect, Panthula Rama's concert is going to be worth listening to. The sampling you have here speaks of it.

radha bhaskar, a suggestion. Would it be possible for you to look at the statistics on who watches paalam, is it predominantly North America or India or other parts of the world, and choose the broadcast time that is convenient to most people. This way your total viewership can increase. For example, 6:30 P.M. in India is too early for west coast of U.S. West coast has a good chunk of your target audience, I would assume. I realize it is a challenge to optimize this for a wide range of time zones but if India is indifferent to 6:30, 7:30 or 8:00 or 8:30 P.M. for online viewing, then 7:30 or 8:00 or 8:30 P.M. may be a better time for all time zones of North America. Just a suggestion.

It would be even better if the concert stream was available for perhaps a week after the event.
6.30pm in India is 11pm in Sydney, Australia.

I had the pleasure of listening to this concert today; it is a three-day weekend here and I just happened to be home at this time. VK and Mohan's suggestions appear very reasonable.

I thought it was a very nice concert by Smt Pantula Rama. The accompanists were excellent. Manoj Siva played with a lot of involvement. Unfortunately, I could not hear the khanjira of Sri Nerkunam Sankar at all.
