Manasu Swaadeenamai - What talam?

Manasu Swadeenamai, Sankarabharanam of Thyagaraja is given as roopaka talam in TSP's and Spiritual Heritage of Thyagaraja books. But, in one of the threads here which I searched I found it to be misra chapu. I have also heard people saying that it is rendered only in misra chapu. Which is the actual talam for this song, can anyone help? In what talam did the senior artistes sing this song?
