The colourful tribute event was graced by a memorable evening of DrMNarmadha's Violin solo concert in both Hindustani Music and Karnatak Music
The highlight of the event was the enlightening speech of Shri Cleveland VV SUNDARAM , the chief Guest of the evening.
Shri Sundaram recalled his musical association with Shri MSG and how his music influenced the global violinists especially in INDIA in both Hindustani Music and Karnatak Music.He said that MSG was a complete musician of extraordinary calibre.
Shri Cleveland V.V.Sundaram concluded that Dr.Narmadha is the torch bearer of the Parur MSG tradition.

Sancara the brain child of Dr.M.Narmadha aims to perpetuate the Parur MSG violin Legacy.The upcoming event of Sancara as announced by Dr.Narmadha is slatted in February 2014 which will mark the first anniversary of her Legendary Father violinist Shri MSG.
Dr.Narmadha presented a concert that was a real tribute to her father.
Steeped in classical purity the concert was a great combination of Karnatak Music in the first part and Hindustani Music in the second part.
Dr.Narmadha's performance really took the audience to such ecstatic heights and everbody felt that this concert will keep ringing in their ears in unforgettable terms for many years.

THANKS! Any way of knowing what she played in the C.M. PART & H.M. PART of the concerts ESPECIALLY. It would be enlightening as she is probably the only one today who can do it! VKV
