It was an extremely satisfying, soulful rendition of unknown compositions on great men by Vid Vijay Siva.
The concert started with sadguru swAmiki on Saint Thyagaraja of Poochi's composition in reethi gowlai. An enjoyable set of swarams at pallavi.
arunA chalapathe on Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi by the famous violinist RK Shriram Kumar in Thodi was the second item( only nereval at divya mAnava vEshadhara dayAmUrthe).
sri shankarAchAryam on Adi Shankara by Shrungeri Bharathi Theertha Swamigal in mohanam.
gadAdhara on Ramakrishna Paramahamsa in kAnada by Periasamy Thooran
kenninchiru of Madhura Kavi on Namma(z ?) Alwar in Raga Malika( Jonpuri, Devagandhari,Charukeshi,Ananda Bhairavi, Kambodhi)
dAsarendare purandara dAsa of Vyasa Theertha on Purandara Dasa in Kambodhi.
shAntha ahimsa mUrthe on Father of the Nation- Mahathma Gandhi by Mayavaram Vishwanatha Shastri in Sindhu Bhairavi.
The concert concluded with endaro mahAnu bhAvulu of Saint Thyagarja.
An excellent team work by all the accompanying artistes.

Jaya TV is not uploading concerts after TVS's concert.
Also, kamakotisankara's and Pallassana1's channels in youtube were removed due to complaints from Jaya TV. Otherwise..Hmm...

No. They have uploaded all concerts upto T M Krishna.
I heard Vijay Siva's concert yesterday and was completely floored. The swaras he sang for reethigowlai and the Mohanam composition of Bharathi Teerthar Achaaryal he rendered was magnificient. His voice was so loud and clear and the whole concert was great. Usually his voice has a slight nasal quality but in MMU cocnert this year i think he was on top form.
Violin Hemalatha accompanied him veruy well and deservedly got sabaash from Vijay Siva at certain times during the concert.
Thanks to Vijay Siva and team for the brilliant concert and thanks to jaya tv for uploading.
