Hi Friends,

I heard this song sung by Bombay S. Jayasree as part of a collection of some commercial recordings.

It is of the following scale from what I have heard in the recording:
S R2 G2 M2 P N3 S S N3 P M2 G2 R2 S

This scale corresponds to two ragaas; Suddha and Urmika which are both Janya raagas of Simhendramadhyamam.

Please could I be told more about this song, raga and the composer? Thankyou.

I just got info from another source it is in Raga: Urmika, Tala: Adi(Thishra nadai).
