English meaning of this verse from the same site :
young parrot with full grown wings! come here.
I shall give you honey and milk for you to eat in the proper order.
Civaṉ who is in Tōṇipuram which is near the sea where in the ghat crowding coral and pearls are found in abundance.
will you not tell me once the name of the Lord who adorns a young and luninous crescent moon!
[[The talaivi (here campantar) requested all birds that were near and at a distance to go to the Lord and inform him about her condition; when it was of no avail she requested her pet parrot by coaxing it with supply of honey and milk, to utter the name of the Lord on hearing which she may assuage her sorrow.
She tempts the parrot into saying the name of the Lord by the promise of giving it honey and milk.]]
