Can someone confirm the language and ragam of this song to me?

It definitely does not seem like sanskrit as someone mentioned in the comments. I asked around and it seems like it is not kannada, marathi, tulu or telugu.

An interesting song! It is in a mix of Sankarabharana and Maand

The language is a kind of Hindi but most words are dance bols.
I would be surprised if this song is not from the Kuchchi Saivites settled around Madurai

It could be Tanjavur Marathi or Saurashtra.
