Smt. T.S.Vasanthamadhavi is a very knoweldgeable ViduSi, with an enviable repertoire of the rarest of varNas, krtis and jAvaLis. She is also a talented vAggEyakakAriNi, with compositions on the saptaRSi-s, aSTadikpAlakas and nava-graha-s.

Ramaprasad avare, please see if you can get her to sing any of those, along with Subbarama diksitar's nAtakuranji opus 'Tripurasundari'.

(On a personal note, Smt Vasanthamadhavi was my Father Veena Raja Rao''s student at APS College, Bangalore in the 1960s. She has written an excellent biographical article on my Father where she has reminisced about my Father as her Teacher)
