a very good concert.

The occasion was Bombay S Ramachandran 10th remembrance day. Nanditha said she learnt under him for few years and that he was repertoire of rare songs/kritis from Brinda/Mukta school.

Why 10th remembrance day?

I think that must be a mistake. I thought they said "2012," but the death announcement in The Hindu is August 2013: just two years ago.
