I have my doubts about the address.

Nayaki usually use the hall on Riverside Road, and it is indeed announced in The Hindu today as the venue for the concert:

Abirami Chidambaram Hall, Riverview Road, Kotturpuram.

(Taking first left after crossing Kotturpuram Bridge, it is easy to spot on the right side (there is nothing but river on left side!). It is a good hall, with surprisingly good acoustics. There is parking space inside, and a huge amount of parking space on the road outside)

I don't think I can come, but please accept my best wishes for the event
