A true student of the art always strives passionately to create even better music every time - whether it is practice or performance. The intent must be to adhere to, project and protect the core truths and values of the system one practices. Ceaseless introspection can lead to clarity of vision which in turn can enable one to be grammatically correct without detracting from emotive appeal. One must aim for consistent high quality in pitch, tightness in tempo, tonal production, clarity, intelligence, imagination and inventiveness and most of all, self-enjoyment. I pray on the eve of Vijaya dashami that every ardent aspirant not only reaches great heights by living upto the above but also inspires hundreds of others to reach such standards of excellence!!
