Top concert - with excellent soulful R and S in gauLa, The complete kalyANi AlApana - very inspiring. meditative vazhi maraithirukkudE and scholarly RTP - the swara patterns started with s p - the difference between the ragas were established with the appropriate sa-pa pidis - scholarly.

Tukkadas lent grandeur to the whole experience. Wonderful set of accompanists. All in all a great concert experience

I think the violinist spells his name Rajeev. The ghatam artiste is definitely Karthick (with a c) as per his website. All artistes were good that evening.

Dhanyasi ragam was a very nice surprise so late in the evening, and tanam was excellent. Swarams for the pallavi were mainly at slow speed except the last one where Ramakrishnan Murthy did a couple of rounds through all the ragams. Pretty exciting ride!
