Namaste,

this is another tillana in praise of Kalakshetra, this time by
Sri M. D. Ramanathan. It is set to raga bilahari, tala adi.

thripurasundari manOhara trijagadiSa vAlmIka purESa
prabhalamaina kalAkshÃ©tramunu kApadumaiya varadadASa sannutha

Any help with the meaning would be most appreciated

Here is my attempt - I am sure Sishya, Vijaygopal or Divakar can make corrections...

tripurasundari manOharA = charmer (manOharA) of tripurasundari (the most beautiful woman in the three worlds or pura - aka pArvatI)
trijagadISa = the ruler (ISa) of the three (tri) worlds (jagat)
vAlmika purESa = the lord (ISa) of the temple in vAlmIki nagar (pura) (a place next to kalAkSEtra IIRC)
prabhalamaina = the famous
kalASEtramunu = kalAkSEtra
kApADumaiyyA = (please) protect
varadadAsa sannuta = one who is praised (sannuta) by the composer, SrI MDR (varadadAsa - disciple/slave of Tiger varadAcArI)

Oh Lord Praised by varadadAsa, the preceptor of the 3 worlds, husband of pArvatI, and the presiding deity of the temple in vAlmIki nagar, please protect the famous kalAkSEtra..
