Heard some of it starting with middle of nilOtpalAmbika kriti with a 10 minute lag. tOdi Alapana and kriti were well done. Swarams to SrI matinI a good atIta ( pre - beat) take off were well positioned and taut - fraught with tension. That the dhIrga in SrI goes over the samam helps build up verve.

She has good comfort on kArvais and utilizes elongated syllables liberally in kriti rendering and responsive to interventionist playing by Sri Sivakumar.

Sivakumar sprinkled good flavored coffee ( but latte) from raghu vamsam during the main song with lot of interesting nadais and good augmentation by Chandrashekara Sarma.

tAni rounds also played to this atIta eddupu spot was good to enjoy.

I then rewound to SrI sugandhi kuntalAmbikE - a nice Alapana - I remember a version by Gayathri Girish earlier - a serene rAga - some poignancy in it.

Her relatively low pitched - shrill-less voice is an asset to the tonal output from all around - violin to Mridangam to Ghatam. A good developing voice.
