Dr. M. Balamuralikrishna - Paying Homage through a 'Parvathi 1983 Concert

How can one ever forget a genius like Dr. M. Balamuralikrishna?

We decided to mourn him in the only fitting way possible; by going through his
many old pictures, recalling his effervescent self with other Vidwans and
'Parvathi' family members, listening into many of his long term spellbinding performances,
and finally digging in to look for something original that we had not shared with 'Rasikas' before.

So, here it is: The Master on April 27, 1983 in 'Parvathi' with Vidwans Ramabhadran, Nagaraj,
Krishnamurthi, Sheshagiri Rao

Arasi, I cannot overemphasize the eagerness of the worthy members of Parvathi family in sharing their musical treasures with rasikas like you.

For me it is a huge blessing that I get to listen to the music, edit it, and upload it with my comments.

This concert is REALLY special, and everyone who loves BMK would do well to listen to it.
