I don't know why the media bothers about it - really.
Oh Yeah! CM is that elitist art form that attracts undue media coverage - a remnant of its elitist past when lot of elites who also were near and dear to the owners of the media houses - also a good segment of the readers of the English press - were also CM listeners.
Why does he not file an equality claim - so media allocates only that proportion of the press space commensurate with proportion of Chennai population that listens to CM - which is basically - not even a letter can be printed even in fine print??!
That should find some audience with "The Hindu" given their ideological slant!

Decades back in the restwhile RR sabha during dec.the hall was jam packed and audience almost blocked the entry gates standing.I was one of them.Suddenly a couple with 2 small children pushed us and sneaked in.
The husband asked the wife "paathaachaa(have you seen)? the wife nodded happpily and immediately they left.Some of you might have gussed.It was a KJY concert.
