swarajathi lalithe sarasa gana - lyrics please

It seems there is a swarajathi composed by Patrayani Seetharama Sastry in raga lalitha - titled - 'Lalithe sarasa gana sahasrithe'.
Does anyone have the lyrics please - and could you please post the lyrics.
I searched in this forum and in google but was not able to get it.
Apparently the musical score has been used by Telugu Movie singer Ghantasala (who was Sastry's student) in the titles of the Telugu movie - Sarangadhara.
There was a write-up on Patrayani Seetharama Sastry in Hindu Friday Review.
