The concert started around 4:15PM with the usual introductions etc, and lasted almost till 8PM. It was an excellent concert. Sri. TKG, started off a little slow ( not sure maybe the acoustics had issues, I could barely hear him the first few minutes ). And it got better with time, In the end we were sorry to see that the concert ended. The main piece in Poorvi Kalyani, what can I say? lasted more than an hour and the Thani too excelled. it lasted perhaps 20 minutes. He also sang more than 1 song from the same Ragam and explained " The more I sing the same ragam, the less likelihood of mistakes"! He was quite jovial throughout.

Yes he did. Sorry, I missed that.

Also there was a 14th song which I forgot to mention. It was in Kavadi chindhu. It was a Tamil folk song, and I am afraid I don't remember the words now.
