lakshmanji,
I am giving hereunder the general meaning of the kRti. I have highlighted the words which are not translated. Underlined words - doubtful translation.

P: nigama nigamAnta varNita manOhara rUpa nagarAjadharuDa shrI nArAyaNA

O Lord SrI nArAyaNa, the bearer of mandara mountain whose beautiful form has been described in vEdas and vEdantas!

C1: dIpincu vairAgya divya saukhyambiyya nOpaka gadA nannu noDa parapucu
paipaina samsAra bandhamula kaTTEvu nApaluku cellunA nArAyaNA

O Lord nArAyaNa! Isn't it that because You did not like to bestow on me the blessed comfort of shining compassion, utterering one too many promises, You burdened me with more and more Worldly ties? Will my words carry weight with You?

2: cIkAku paDina nA citta shAntamusEya lEkakA nIvu bagulIla nannu
kAkucE cedavu bagu karmamula paTuvADu nAkoladi vAralA nArAyaNA

O Lord nArAyaNa! Instead of pacifying my vexed mind, You threw me into confusion.

3: vividha nirbandhamula veDala drOyaka nannu bhava sAgaramula taDabaDa jEturA divi jEndira vandya shrI tiruvEnkaTAdrIshA navanIta cOra shrI nArAyNA

O Butter Stealer nArAyaNa, the Lord of venkaTAdri saluted by Indra! Instead of driving away my various compulstions, is it fair to make me suffer in the Ocean of Worldly Existence?

Corrections are welcome

noDa parapucu = to cause doubts to flow

noDa = doubt / (saMSayamu)
parapucu = to cause to fall/flow

C2: cIkAku paDina nA citta shAntamusEya lEkanA nIvu bahulIla nannu
kAkusEsedavu bahu karmamula baDuvAru nAkoladivAralA nArAyaNA

kAkusEyu = to put into confusion
bahu = many
karmamula = actions
baDuvAru = paDuvAru = those who fall into
nAkoladivAralA = are they limited people

corrections are welcome

divAkar,
The second caraNa should end in a question.

"Are those who fall into (performance of) karma (vEdic actions) my limit?" (Am I limited to approach only those who are bound to this World?)

Is this correct translation?

vgvindan,
you are correct. it should be question. annamayya is asking the lord that are those, who are bound to this world, like me ?

i stand corrected for the translation of 'nAkoladi vAralA'.

kola = measure; koladi = extent/limit.

in this context,
nAkoladi vAralA = are they like me..

i think this is what the charanam line means.

divakar,

The implication seems to be 'I am not like those who are bound to this World'; therefore, the translation would be "Am I like those who are bound to this World?"
or is it the other way - "Are those bound to this World like me?" I think the former makes a better sense.

Correct?

i think it is the latter that is correct.
If you see the sentence, it is in reference to the 'others'.

'nannu kAkusEsedavu' = you put me into confusion
'bahu karmamula baDuvAru' = those who are bound to this world
'nAkoladi' = like me
vAralA = are they ?

'nannu' and 'nA' both refer to 'me'

so, i think the latter meaning is correct.
