Each concert organized to remember the Legend has been spectacular which means these concerts have been performed giving atmost respect to the style of the legend Ramnad Krishnan which are sans gimmickry, speed and unnecessary musical circus .Some of the best in this series are of Malladi Suri Babu, Amrita Murali, Srivalsan Menon, Srirama Parasuraman, Vignesh, Ramakrishnan Murthy etc..

For an undulating pauses and stretchy phrases, the tautness and tensile strength emphasized by Sumesh is remarkable! A combination of beauty and majesty! His clarity of fast pharans - a la - Sri Karaikudi Mani - in the kappi Mridangam is noteworthy and a relish!

Even if marred a little by the forgetful Bharat Sundar - well shows such songs have gone out of vogue now a days.

Bravo to Bharat Sundar for attempting however!
