I remember her demands for sound settings. This was in Columbus, Ohio. She was indeed meticulous. After all that was done, I sat there doing tALam religiously for 3 numbers including, the gambIranATTAi vaRNAm of Dr BMK and ETi janmam itihA. She then got disturbed by people coming in and leaving the auditorium with doors slamming at the exit. She asked me to keep it closed.

I then quit the auditorium and manned the doors for the next couple of hours! At least she can sing to her heart's content!

She did record, somewhere in kutcheribuzz interview I think, at the end of what must be her first tour, that most organizers across the U.S mistook her demands, which is after all for good experience to her listeners!
