I found this video of youtube recommendations and was curious to know about the composition.

It is difficult to identify a tillAnA where there is no caraNa passage.

This is a jatiswara. Not a tillana.
It is in raga Shuddha Dhanyasi.
Mr AJAY simha asked me via email the very same question some days back.
