I am no expert but I heard Yaman, Bihag, Jaunpuri at different times in the song. It is truly "misra-madhura-raag"

The duet song under discussion may be based on Rabindra Sangeet, might have been tuned by Dilip Kumar Roy himself.
It may not correspond exactly to any ragam of CM but a variation on Hamsadwani.
As I hum it, I find some parts( most) similar to Hamsadwani

Well SuphalAm actually lands at catuSruti daivatam. But then they do PMG , SMGGPMP (Sasya SAmaLam) etc.

Based on note usage, I will upgrade your suggestion if you are dead against taking cognizance of madyama usage. The scale of what is being sung is : Niranjani, which goes as S-R2-G3-P-D2-N3-S & S-N3-D2-P-G3-R2-S .
