what a lovely little piece!
i do not understand the meaning of caranishkArA... Meena, is that the correct word? can you please give it a second check.
and shouldn't the word in the last line be krSNa karuNAmaya because karuNAmayi would be for a lady.

Krishnaa,
This is what I hear from the link Meena has posted:

nar hari! cancal hai mati mEri
kaisE bhakti karUn mein tErI?
sab ghaT andar ramE nirantar
meinE ???? nahi jAnA
tErA mErA kuch nahIn jag mein
prabhu kI carE nishkara (??????)
kahE rAidAs krishNa karuNamay
jay jay jagat AdhAr!

Wonder if 'carE nishkara' means roaming without any restrictions - nish - with out, kara = taxes??????

i cannot hear some words in the second line...
sab ghaT antar rame nirantar ???????? nahi jAnA

tErA mErA kuch nahin jag me
prabhu hi kare nishtArA

meaning that nothing is mine or yours in this world. Only the Lord is capable of uplifting us from the ocean of this world.

i cannot get the exact meaning of the word nishtAra in english, what i have written is just a rough meaning,
this world is considered like an ocean - bhavasAgara. the process of crossing it is known as nishtAra, so the line means that Only the Lord can help us cross this bhavasAgara.
if anyone else has a better meaning, please go ahead :)

I searched for the lyrics and came across a website that had several Raidas' compositions. Here are the lyrics & translation -

Narhari ! Chanchal Hai Mati Meri, Kaise Bhagati Karu Mai Teri |
Tu Mohi Dekhe, Hou Tohi Dekhu, Preeti Paraspar Hoi ||
Tu Mohi Dekhe, Tohi Na Dekhu, Yah Mati Sab Budhi Khoi ||
Sab Ghat Antar Ramsi Nirantar, Mai Dekhan Nahi Jana |
Gun Sab Tor, Mor Sab Avagun, Krut Upakar Na Maanaa ||
Mai-Tai, Tori-Mori Asamjhi So, Kaise Kari Nistara |
Kah Raidas Krushna Karunamaya ! Jai Jai Jagat Adhara ||

O God NArhari ! My mind is uneasy. How should I worship You. You see me. I see You. This is how the relationship of love is built. You see me. I don't see you. This behaviour is devoid of sanity. You are all-pervading ever looking at me. I can't see You. You own all merit. I own all demerit. I don't recognise your obligation. My-Your this dilemma can be removed in what manner. O Lord Krishna You are full of pity. Victory to You, the support of this world. 1
