The book in reference here is entitled, "Melaragamalika of Mahavaidhyanatha Sivan" edited by Pandit S. Subrahmanya Sastri published by the Adyar Theosophical Society and is indeed in stock at the Karnatic Music Book Center. If you're interested in mahAvaidyanAtha aiyyer songs, then there's a book published by the composer's great grandson, ShrI MN ShrInivAsan entitled, "Some Songs of Maha Vaidhyanatha Sivan and Ramaswamy Sivan," (ref: http://www.hindu.com/thehindu/br/2002/0 ... 130200.htm) also in stock at the Karnatic Book Center. It also has the mELarAgamALika included.

I'm not so sure about the MSS HMV CD availability though.I thought ShrI SR jAnakIrAman has also released a recording of this work.
