According to musicindiaonline it is by Annamacharya. Bombay Jayashree has sung it on one of her CDs.

Pallavi and Anupallavi only sung by MBK is available in the website http://www.devaragam.com/vbscript/Music ... MovieId=57 - where this is stated to be kriti of ST. As per the rendition, the following corrections are given.

P: bhaja bhaja mAnasa harim anavaratam bhakta parAyaNam ati shubha caritam
A: shuka sanakAdi munIshvara vinutam jagadi samasta carAcara vitatam

As per website http://www.carnaticcorner.com/articles/swaticomp.html#C, the rAga is 'paraju'
