On thursday,February7,2008,Priya sisters gave a concert in Hyderabad.It was really very good
they were acompanied on the violin by sri M.A.Krishnaswamy,Mridangam by sri Skanda subrahmanian,on the kanjira by sri purushottaman...

the concert began in hamsadwani varnam which was sung in two speeds.then the duo went for sri mahaganapathim bhajeham in ataana witha brisk swarakalpana at the pallavi which was pleasing.the krithi in asaveri maa pala was sung with great emotion.the begada alapana by haripriya was good which led to kamakshi in begada of sri syamasastry.the krithi has excellent sahitya content and also swarakalpana was pleasing.the tamil composition of papanasam sivan nambi kettavar was really loved by the audience.the subhapanthuvarali alapana was initiated by shanmukhapriya which was tooooo good.the krithi ennallu urike was sung with great feel.the uchcharana was done perfectly and sahityam's beauty was exposed in a scholarly manner.the krithi soundara rajam in brindavana sarang was sung in an excellent manner.the main item of the day was kharaharapriya which was very good.the krithi pakkala nilabadi ws really very good.the neraval at manasuna thalachi was pleasing.thaniavarthanam by the artistes was a true tret to the rasikas the hall was packed completely no one even moved during thaniavarthanam.the krithis thelisithe in revati was an excellent composition.ayye metha the ragamalika of gopala krishna bharathi was tooo good.the bhajan of kabir in des was brisk and beautiful.the krithis kaligenidhe naaku and uyyalaloguma sri satya sai was too good.priya sisters are always loved by the rasikas of hyd it was a superb concert

Sounds a bit like a supercondensed version of their entire 2007 Dec season I'd been to 4 of their concerts... They sang mApAla and ayyE methakaDinam at Brahma Gana Sabha, KAmAkshi and soundararAjam at Mylapore Fine Arts, pakkala nilabaDi at Krishna Gana Sabha...!
