I was thinking someone will write as my notes on song list was not complete. Anyway here we go again in this music season at Bangalore.
It was a wonderful concert by Soumya and she was at her usual best and sincerity and ease.

ISS Annual festival at indira nagar - Soumya

Pls clarify. I have never heard this song and it was very well rendered.

Pallavi line (forgot ) Hara priyae , khara hara priyae , lailthey paahi... something like that. Is this taken from a song. Any idea.
quick few ragamalika swarams too.After the alapana, I thought it is going to be a song as tani was not done in Eti jan ma midi.

I attended U srinivas and Kadri here at ISS but details are not complete. Any anyone attended, like to complete.

Kadri had Gowri manohari as RTP. And the famous entharo mahanu, raghuvamsa sudha. He was given the purandra award 2008. He enthralled the audience
with his usual style along with Kanyakumari. Kanyakumari was at her best too though towards the end she had the audio problems.

U srinivas had a great poorvikalyani, I was thrilled and never had this raga rendered so well in any plugged string instrument.

It's "Parvati ninu Ne Nera Nammiti" in the Ragam "Kalgada". It's a Syama Sastri Krithi.
