It was nothing less than Bangalore concert (from the review). From the start to Mangalam, they did not lose exuberance or got tired. Each and everyktirit was sung at its merit. As usual. new kritis, except 2-3 kritis,rest I heard it first time. Especially, Rama baNa, moved by their rendition, I googled this kriti and got this link.

Thanks to that person for his efforts. The other point of MB is the habit of complimenting each other. When Sri.Ravikumar elaborated Saraswathi, Sriram watched him at times and appreciated his octaves and complimenting with Srimushnam.

S.Varadarajan could not cope with MBs at times especially in the Swaram of Rama baaNa. It had got plenty of kaNakkus (reminded me of KaNakku King Alathur). Srimushnam is always best and EMS is Ok.

The pahadi Virutham was a class. I heard only the Tillana of Sri LGJ. It was something fresh and full of beauty, made by weekend after a hectic week of Audit. Let me share this pahadi, as a gift to my fellow-rasiaks of this site on this Rama Navami week. (This has Dwijavanti followed by Pahadi). A shorter version and you can hear it before going to office, by taking breakfast. Nice one
