Ravi,
Thanks!
Though I had heard about the NAtyarangam camp and about its merits ( in taking dance back to the villagers and to the temple), Kiran Rajagopalan's impressions add so much substance to what I have known about it.
His narration is a moving one. It is a pleasure to read about his love for dance and I admire the way he looks at it. Young bhartanatyam students AND their parents have a great deal to learn from his thoughts and experience.
And what a lot there is to learn there!
Kudos to him for his love for the arts. Even when having to deal with a
life of two serious pursuits, he seems prepared for it.
Good luck to him!
Hope TennAngur nAtyaranagam inspires many more...
