This is the name attributed by Dikshidar for Mechakalyani.However (Shantha Kalyana guna C(s)halini in Sivakameshwarim )the full ragamudra comes only in this composition,I think.

True as for as I know. Few other kritis have the mudre as kalyANi..

I have a question unrelated to the rAga under discussion - what language are you using as the base for your transliterations? I am genuinely curious about the language that allows for 'sh' as in shAnta, but uses 'c' for shAlini. If it was from tamizh, wouldn't both be cAnta and cAlini, if one strictly stuck to the letters used?
