Avnipriya,
It is in Sanskrit;something like a namAvali- more a string of adjectives.
The whole Tarangam is in sambhodanam-ie. addressing Lord Shiva
Here is an attempt

P: shiva shiva- Oh, th auspicious one
bhava bhava- the very being-existence
sharaNam mama-your are my refuge
bhavatu sadA tava smaraNam- let there be(for me) your remeberance always(let me always remember you)

C1: gangAdhara candracUDa-the one who has(wears)the rivers Ganges and the crescent moon
jagan mangaLa sarvalOka nIDa- who is auspicious for the whole world

2: kailAsAcala vASa -the one residing in the Kailasa mountain
shivakara- who is the maker of auspiciousness
purahara ,-who destroyed Pura
darahAs-who sports a smile

3: bhasmOd-dhULita dEha shambhO -Oh Lord shambu, whose body is adorned with the sacred ash
parama puruSa ; vrSavAha-whos is the supreme being, who rides the bull

4: pancAnana, phaNi bhUSa -who is the five faceted(I think it refers to Aghoram, vAmadevam etc),
who wears the snake (as an ornament)
shiva parama puruSa muni vESa-Oh Lord shiva(the auspicious one)the supreme being, who is in the garb of an ascetic

5: Ananda naTana vilOla- who revels in the dance of bliss
saccidAnananda vikaLita khEla-who is the very embodiment of sat, chit and Ananda(some body may improve on this please)

6: nava vyAkaraNa svabhAva- for whom 'nava vyAkaraNa' is the very nature
(Can some one explain this bettter-I know that Hanuman is referred to as nava vyAkaraNa paNdita; but, with reference to Shiva ,I am not sure, what it means)
shiva nArAyaNa tIrtha dEva-Shiva,who is the Lord of NArAyaNa thIrtha.

I hope this helps.

tIrtha/teertha (तीर्थ) is his name. The 'r' at the end (तीर्थर) is added as a mark of respect by tamizh speaking rasikas.
