Lakshman Sir: I think the word in the pallavi is supposed to be "rasanE" since "kathaya" means "to describe." "radanE" according to the Sanskrit dictionary means teeth.

My attempt below. Please feel free to correct.

rasanE - O tongue
kathaya kathaya - to speak/describe
anurAgEna - with love/affection
kONEna - in the corner(?)
rasanEna - by taste
vasanEna - by garments

nata nArada Shuka munivara br.ndaM - Even the most eminent sages (munivara)of the Universe like nArada and Shuka bow(nata) to You

navanItacOra - butter theif (associated with the mischievious kr.shNa)
nanda gOvindaM - Lord of nandavanam (gOvinda has many interpretations- lord of the senses, etc)

lAvaNya mr.du gAtram - having a graceful/beautiful/charming and soft body
rAga naTana gOpAngana caritram - whose blissful dance is the talk of the gOpAs(???)
bhAva rAga tALayuta - with bhAva, rAga and tALa
muraLI paTutara nAda caturam- expert on making purified music with the flute
