The famous bhajan kirtan of Thulsidas "Gopala Gokula Vallabhi priya" is sung by sri. OS Arun in his album "Bhajans" . The raga in which he had sung this bhajan song, resembles to be rag Hemant of 29 Mela, when I followed the song in the keyboard. (SGMDNS - SDPMGMRS).
But also at times resembles a Hindustani raga. Can any rasika clarify on my doubt.
The song "Mailee chadar Odke kaise" : Is this song is in rag "Misra Kamaj"? and the Meera Bhajan "chalo man Gangajamuna teer" song is sung in the rag 'Pahadi" Please help.
Thank you.

The bhajan is from the collection of poems on kr.shNa by tuLasidAsa called kr.shNa gItavaLi.
I think the rAga is named "vallabhi" (from ShankarAbharaNam scale: http://www.karnatik.com/ragasv.shtml#vallabhi) per Dr BMK but they're others that contend it is ShyAm kalyAn(you can hear the ArOhaNa and avarOhaNa here: http://www.itcsra.org/sra_raga/sra_raga ... raga_id=79).
