It is a nice song, sort of like 'easy listening' in the carnatic context.

http://rasikas.org/forums/viewtopic.php?pid=24620 has the lyrics.

In the link above, Nithyasri does not sing a couple of charanams so the count of ragas in her rendition is probably around 22.

I counted the ragas by raga names in the lyrics Lji provided. I could come up with only 39 . See which one I am missing. ( the middle set separated by '-----' is what Nithyasri does not sing in the above referred link ).

kalyani, kambhoji, thodi, nattakurinji, bhairavi, ranjani
simhendramadhyamam, shankarabaranam, saveri, kapi
shanmukhapriya, nilambari, attana, anandabhairavi
dhanyasi, darbar, saranga, boopalam
---
kharaharapriya, kamavardhani, bahudari, suddhasaveri, hindolam,devamnohari
devagandhari, kanada, mayamalavagaula, vijayanagari, vasantha,malayamarutam
mohanam, hamsadwani, hamsanadamam, arabi, bilahari
----
bhagyashri, sama, sindu bhairavi, mahyamavathi

Pleasant compendium of rAgAs and well sung by Nityashree.
A concise guide to that many rAgAs, but if you are not familiar with the rAgAs and try to sing the song to the end, you may goof up, in linking to the next rAgA in a rapid fire fashion!
A pocket guide to CM rAgAs, you may call it.
An apt piece for a 'durbAr' dance in an old fashioned movie...

The ragamalika has only 39 ragas in it and not 40. In the last charanam the word "shruti" is mistakenly taken as rag "suruti" and counted as the 40th raga. Sorry.
