P: Those who condem/ vilify are necessary(needed by society), verily needed
A: Like how a lane (kEri) is ensured clenliness when there is a pig around.
C1: The condemnists eat away(tindu hoguvarayya) sins, which are like excreata, committed everyday. Those who salute us and praise us take away a part of our punya.
C2: If there are crooks around, it goes to enhance the fame of all good people. O srikrishna, the granter of all prayers, I pray for just this.
C3: I pray with folded palams that I be granted a boon that villains live at all times. There may be no real solution to all issues, O purandaravithala.
