Can some one give me the meaning of the tulsidAs bhajan, lyrics for which are given below:

bhaj man rAma caran sukhadAyI
jihi caranani sE nikasI sursari shankar jaTA sAmAyI
jaTA shankarI nAm paryO hai tribhuvan tAran AyI
jin caranan kI caran pAdukA bharat rahyO lab lAyI
sAyI caran gautam rSi nArI parasi param pad pAyI
daNDak van prabhu pAvan kInhA rSiyan trAs miTAyI
sOyI prabhu trilOk kE svAmI kanak mrgA sang chAyI
kapi sugrIv badhu bhaya vyAkula tin jai chatra phiri
ripu kA anuj vibhISan nisihcar parsat lankA pAyI
shiv sanakAdik aru brahmAdik shES sahas mukh gAyI
tulsIdAs mArut sut kA prabhu nij mukh karat baDhAyI

Oh mind (man)! Sing the praises (bhaj) of the happiness-giving (sukhdAyI) feet (carana) of rAma (rAm) |
From (sE) which (jihi) feet (caranani) flowed/came out (nikasi) gangA (sursarI) and became contained (samAyI) in the locks (jaTA) of SivA (Sankar) |
Where (jahAn) she was given (paryO hai) the name (nAm) 'SankarI' and came (AyI) to the earth to liberate/sanctify (tAran) the three (tri) worlds (bhuvan) |
The footwear (caranpAdukA) of which (jin) feet (caranan kI) bharat lived (rahyO) protecting (lab lAyI) |
Falling (parasi) at which (sAyI) feet (caran), ahalyA (gautam rishi nArI) found/attained (pAyI) salvation (param pad) |
The same feet of the Lord (prabhu) that sanctified/made holy (pAvan kInhA) the daNDak forrest (van) and destroyed (miTAyI) the distress (trAs) of the sages (rishi) there |
That same feet of (sOyI) Lord (prabhu), the master (svAmI) of the three (tri) worlds (lOk), that ran along (sang chAyI) the golden (kanak) deer (mrig) |
The same feet that were fanned (chatra phiri) by the anxious (vyAkul) and fearful (bhaya) wife (badhu) of the monkey (kapi), sugrIva |
Seeking refuge (parsat) at which feet, the brother (anuj) of his enemy (ripu), the demon (nisicar) vibhIshaN obtained (pAyI) the kingdom of lankA |
The same feet whose praises can be heard to be sung (gAyI) from the mouths (mukh) of Siva, sanakamahA muni, brahmA, and countless others (sES sahas) |
tulsidAs is singing the greatness (karat baDhAyI) of that Lord (prabhu) of the son (sut) of (kA) vAyu (mArut) from his own (nij) mouth (mukh) |

As I understand, the various names of gangA are:
sursarI is the name of gangA when the river was confined to the heavens - surOn kI saritA - sursarI.
She was/is also called vishNupadi, because she arose at the feet of vishNu.
She was brought to the earth by bhagIrath, a descendent of the mighty sagara, so she is bhAgIrathI.
She tried to destroy the sage jahnu/janhu's yAga, so he drinks her up - and releases her from his ears at bhagIrath's request - so she is jAhnavI/jAnhavi or janhu kanyA.
The sounds she makes as she descends from the heavens leads to her being called suradhuni - the sound of Gods.
The currents and small ripples as she runs to the sea result in her being called kollOlinI.

(Many of these are alluded to in the bengali composition rendered by Smt. MSS - 'patitOdhAriNi gangE')
