The meaning of anupallavi should be "One is extolled by (aja) Siva, (bhava) brahmA, indrA and others and one who is endeared by pious souls".

In SrimadbhAgavatham, sukhabhrama RSi defines aja as one of the eleven rudrAs commonly known as paramaSivanAr.

The term paravAsudEva is a viSiSTAdvaitic/dvaitic term. It doesn't mean son of vasudEva. It is the name of the perumAL in vaikuNTam (aka parama vyOma, paramapadam, tirunADu). vaikuNTam is different that of kSIrAbdhi (aka milk ocean, tiruppArkaDal). This is refered to the vEdic Rk "tad viSNOr paramam padagum sadApaSyanti sUrayaha". This term also appears in dAsaru compositions. It means one who has the pAramavyOma as his property. He is extolled by the mantrA "[praNavam] namO bhagavatE vAsudEvAya". It is called dvAdasAkSari. This mantra was taught by nArada muni to dhruva mahArAjA.

IMHO, the meaning in the following website is closer.
