Vinayaka ninnuvina in Hamsadhwani - Composer identification

Vinaayaka ninnuvina brocutaku is a very popular krti
in hamsadwani.It has been listed as a composition of Veenai Kuppier in many books.From the lyrics section of karnatic.com I find that this krti is by E.V.Raamakrshna Bhaagavathar. Who is the real author of this krti?

The problem has arisen due to a common 'mudra' used by these two composers. Kuppayyar's son Tiruvotriyur thyagayyar, himself a talented composer; has given his own, and his father's compositions in the Pallavi-swara-kalpavalli. This book doesn't include vinAyaka ninu vina. In one of the posts on sangeethapriya, there was someone who was a student of RAmakrishna BhAgavathar's son; who could confirm the BhAgavathar to be the composer of this song.

This is quite probable, as the lyric or tune don't seem to be in kuppayyar's style.
