Here is my attempt: I was not sure of manthadAma - I wonder if it is manthadhAma (which is how I have interpretted it)
pallavi:
Oh kirishNA! Oh gOvindA! Oh mukundA! The one who bore (dhara) the weight of the mighty mandara mountain on his back! You are the compassionate one (dayALO) who resides (vihara) in my (mama) heart (hrdayE).
anupallavi:
That SrI krishna, who shines brightly (virAjita) and beautifully (su), on the churning milky ocean (mantha) that is his home(dhAma), with a smiling (mandahAsa) face (vadana), and lovely, lotus-like (aravinda) eyes.
caraNam:
(He is) the ocean of mercy of the yadu dynasty (kula), brilliant as the full (pUrNa) moon (candra). (He is) the one whose feet (pAda) were worshipped (vandita) by vidura. (In him) one can find the confluence/melding of (sAndra) many virtues (guNa). (He is) none other than SrI vAsudEva, the father (janaka) of manmatha (madana), the creator (kara) of auspiciousness and wealth (SrI), high-minded and generous (mahAnubhAva), with a heart (hrdaya) filled with kindness and compassion (sadaya).

Mantha-dAma : Mantha - related to churning; dAma - rope; Manth-dAma-suvirAjitha could mean one who is adorned with the churning rope[Yashoda tied him up etc.] this could have given rise to the epithet dAmodara as well.
Yadu-kula-vari-nidhi-pUrna-candra : one, who like the full moon, causes the ocean called the yadu clan to rise[like the moon and tide]
guna-sAndra is embodiment/crystallised form of virtues
If the pallavi begins Mama hrdaye, and the pallavi goes mantha-dAma; isn't it a violation of the DwitIyAkashara-prAsa rule?
Most of vAsudevAchArya's songs I have seen seem to have the Pallavi-Anupallavi DwitIyAkashara-prAsa...

Ravi, the idol of Krishna in Udupi holds the churning rod in his hand . This is a state ("avasara") where he snatched it from Yashoda to bargain for more butter from her! This song may also refer to the incident where Yashoda tied up Krishna to the mortar with the churning rope, and the rope made marks on his stomach, giving him the name "damOdara" ( dAma-udara).
There is no description of Vasuki becoming his bed, AFAIK.
Also, "vihara" is an imperative that would mean "do sport/reside in my heart", rather than " he who resides in my heart"
