Meena - I just tried the sanskrit site. It's very basic, needs lot of work. I typed in 'I' and it didn't even bring back 'aham'. Ended up adding it to the vocabulary myself.
Good beginning, but a long way to go.

Maybe you can pitch in with the work on the dictionary by mailing to: klaus.glashoff@spoken-sanskrit.de

Very nice! Now let me dream again. How about a dictionary from our single transliteration scheme to regular english ?
We can then hope to learn the word by word meanings of any krithi in any of the words . Wouldnt that be great? Once we are ready with our scheme, is it possible to set up a wiki site for this that we can incrementally grow?

Arun, that is a great idea. And I don't think you are that far off.
In a limited sense I am putting your web page for such uses. To search the tamil wiki dictionary, I type into your page, copy/paste the tamil word(s) as search string to the wiki and it works great. (If you do the same thing with Google, the search pulls out a lot of pages that are not normally returned with an english transliterated search, a bonus)
