namasthe! can anybody post me the meaning of 'gajavadana' in sriranjani raga composed by sri papanasam sivan. thanks in advance.

gajavadana-elephant faced
karuNA sadana-abode of compassion
shankar bAla,lambOdara sundara- the son of Shiva, the one with a big stomach and the beautiful one
ajanamerEndranum munivarum paNiyum pankaja caraNa- the one with the lotus feet ,whom the dEvAs, Indr and the sages bow down to
sharaNam- I take refuge (at your lotus feet)
nIyE mUvulagiRkkAdhAram- you are the support to the three worlds
nIyE shivAgama mantra sAram-you are the essence of all the mantras
nIyE vAzhvilen jIvAdhAram- you are the very support to my life
nI aruLvAi sumukhA OmkAra- you will bless(me) Oh, sumukha, OmkAra

I always thought that ajanamarEndranum - ajan + amarEndran = brahmA and Indra...

sumukhA - one with an auspicious (su) face.

Doesn't sivAgama refer to the tantras that Siva explained to pArvati? So, sivAgama mantra sAram would mean essence of all mantras and tantras

ajan -literally means the unborn; it refers to the Supreme being; it can also mean any of the Trinity.
sumukha- yes ,literally translated, means a beautiful face; it is also one of the names for Lord ganesha-as occuring in the ashtottaram.
About the last one, sivAgama, I am not sure; Agama means vedas, the sacred scriptures.
